Orchard Hills Village Center is a shopping center at the corner of Culver Dr. & Portola Parkway in Irvine. The shopping center features retail, services and dining including Pavilions, CVS pharmacy, Peet's Coffee & Tea, Chico's, Wells Fargo, KB Home Studio, McDonald's and Chevron gas station.

The 125,000-square-foot retail center is at Portola Parkway and Culver Drive and is designed to be casual and reminiscent of Tuscany.
